Holding a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (MSEE) focused on Microwave Devices from Santa Clara University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Idaho, Tylutki possesses a solid academic foundation complemented by business courses from Foothill College.
Throughout his illustrious career, Tylutki has held instrumental roles in product development, project management, medical device quality systems, and regulatory affairs at several industry-leading organizations. His distinguished tenure includes invaluable contributions at Varian Medical Systems, Wavtrace, Mindplay, Northstar Neuroscience, and Light Sciences Oncology.
Notably, Tylutki’s leadership has guided engineering teams through the entire product development lifecycle, steering successful FDA Class II/III medical device development projects.
